Why the name suzy hausfrau?
To me, suzy hausfrau sums up everything we stand for. Handmade in the home, with a twist, insert some fun and just enjoy being creative!

Is shipping free?
Yes, standard domestic shipping, through Australia Post, is free. If you want your yarn delivered express the shipping will be as per the Express Post rates.

Is international shipping free?
No, sorry, that will be charged at the standard Australia Post rates. The goods will be shipped by airmail.

My order hasn’t shown up!
Standard Australia Post delivery around Australia is up to five business days. Delays do occur however and it could take a bit longer. If your order still has not arrived after 10 business days please get in touch and we will look after you.

Why do you focus on European yarns?
In setting this store up it was decided to bring something new to the market and though one or two of the brands we carry are already available in Australia, we are also bringing in a number of high quality yarns brands not previously available to Australian consumers.

Why no Australian yarns?
For the moment at least we wanted to offer something not readily available elsewhere in Australia.
