Shipping/delivery policy

All Australian orders are shipped free through Australia Post standard parcel post. We aim to ship all orders received by 2.00pm (Monday to Friday) that same day. However, when trying to figure out the expected arrival date for your order, be sure to add 1-business day to allow for processing of your order. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only.

Please note that a very small number of orders require extra processing time for various reasons. Those will be shipped as soon as possible and we will contact you to inform you of any delays. Kindly understand that a delay may also occur if your credit card was declined or for address verification if your billing address was entered incorrectly.

Whilst some rural and regional areas may take a bit longer, Australia Post assure us their standard delivery time is usually up to 5 business days. However delays in the postal system are a fact of life, so please allow up to 10 business days before worrying too much. If your order has still not arrived after this please contact us and we will look after you.

New Zealand customers can order through our site and postage will be calculated on checkout.
